Primary Endpoint

  • Change from baseline in SBP and DBP during the last 6 hours of the dosing interval using ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM)

Secondary Endpoints

  • Changes in other ABPM-derived parameters
  • Changes in trough cuff SBP and DBP
  • Response rates
  • Metabolic blood markers (e.g. cholesterol)
  • Urine markers (e.g. proteinuria)
